Provide Support for Service Manager 64-bit Java

We have a United States (US) Department of Defense (DoD) Security Technical Implementation Guideline (STIG) requirement to use 64-bit versions of Java on our systems. The current Java product supported on Micro Focus' Service Manager product is only 32-bit. This causes us to have to download the 32-bit version each and everytime we do an Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) patch. Out patch cycles are monthly and maintaining two repositories is becoming both cumbersome and requires additional storage space.

Research shows that this question has been asked as early as version 7.00 (QCCR1E31237) only to be deferred.

The question is:

When will Micro Focus be implementing and supporting the 64-bit Java builds in the Service Manager product?
