When working on an incident I want to be able to quickly see all the services that are potentially impacted by that incident.
Why is this important, when it would it be used
I may need to notify the owners of these business services. I also may want to check with users of those services to see if they are impacted. Which services are impacted may also drive the urgency for the incident.
If you were designing the solution, how would you do it?
Add an 'Affected Services' section to the incident format that uses the same logic as the section on the Change format.
