Details

I need to remove the quantity and cost information fields from SRC. Also need to remove the Resubmit button from the request information form.

*Note: a support case SD02438279 had opened for the same subject.

Scenario

Needed to remove the quantity and cost information fields from SRC. Also need to remove the Resubmit button from the request information form.

Required
Make it available to hide/view cost, quantity and resubmit button as needed.

1) cost information fields can be hidden by configuation changes by setting src.service.enablePrice=false in applicationContext.properites file

 

2)Quantity and Resubmit fileds cannot be hidden/removed by configuration changes, but they can be readonly/disabled by tailorings in SM Application side.

For how to disable quantity field , you can set the Restrict request to single item to true by refer to below screenshot, this also set the quantity of related Items to 1 by default
