I would like to contribute some idea regarding add tone alert when user received Live Chat notification on the right top in the Service Manager.
Currently if user from ess.do initiate the Live Chat it will only notify Support as number on the Live Chat icon.
It is very more useful if MF add an alert tone, so user may more alert with the Live Chat request.
Appreciate this idea can be done for incoming patches or version.
