Status changed to: Declined

Hi Akira_U,
Thank you for your idea!

SM has provided the email integration known as Smart Email since SM 9.50. This is the recommended solution. Please consider it, rather than using the CIT email connector.

I move the status to Declined if you don't mind.

Let me know if you have additional comment or feedback.

Best Regards,

Leo

Are you saying that using the function Smart email on SM  will remove HTML header when mail is fetched? This message going back and forth is observed by customer, so please type in further information, such as where is this html email fetching will resolve the current issue.

Best regards,

Then why did you even suggest to use smart email? Please be careful how you comment, becuase customer is observing each reply.
