We are considering the chat capabilities of SMAX, in order to reduce the amount of email notifications that are sent to users, for simple clarifications that are needed for some records. However, we also want to be able to "filter" the user list that is visible to each one of the users, with custom rules according, for example, to his/her Organizational Group or some other filtering condition(s). A simple user, for example, should not chat directly with the CEO.
We would like to ask for some sort of "filtering" mechanism, in order to restrict with whom each user can chat.
In this way, the user experience and involvement will be greatly enhanced, as many Customers do not agree to propose Chat to the end users without restrictions.
