Reverse Lookup from Assignee to Assigned Department Not Working in Change Request Module. Whereas, the same is working fine in Change Task Module.
I used a sample staff ID "55447" to do the fill in both Change Task and Change Request for better understanding. It works perfectly fine for Change Task (cm3t) but not for Change Request (cm3r)

in cm3t (change task) when i enter the assignee detail and click on fill form in assignment group, it will list only the assignment group, where the assignee belongs to. Whereas in cm3r (change request), it will show the entire list of assignment group configured in system. I hope this clarifies....
