We want SLA on Problem & Change Management, Tasks.

Hello all,

 

To explain the requirement, our customer has many vendors onboarded for IT operations and their contracts talks about SLAs for problem management (RCA submission) or Response SLA for requests or SLAs for change task implementation etc.

 

We are currently not able to provide any such data from the system as it is not getting recorded and hence the KPIs from vendors contracts are not being reported.
