There is only one checkout button for submit support requests, but the user needs to click on the checkout button twice to submit service requests, and this is a poor user experience. e.g. user clicks on the first checkout button, then close the browser, because they think the request has been submitted. The checkout button is being used globally. Is it possible to make the checkout button modifiable to improve the user experience? or bring the title and description fields into the first page. (checkout button has been changed to submit in the screenshot.)
