SMA-X : QR code or Tag or bar code recognition when close an Incident

QR code or Tag recognition when close an Incident from a mobile device.

When an incident has been fixed in a data center, the person, to close the incident, have just to point the server tag/bar/code with the mobile device and close one or all related incident(s)

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? (WHEN USED, BY WHICH ROLE, FOR WHAT BENEFIT)

Save time for people fixing incident

@FabioPerego11 scanning the device would close the Incident? If not, please update the description to specify how different.

An often received customer requirement: The tool must support Bar codes and QR codes. By taking a photo of QR code, data can be retrieved from the system. The Bar/QR code reading capability should be included in the mobile app.
