WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? (WHEN USED, BY WHICH ROLE, FOR WHAT BENEFIT)

Business End User doesn't need one more chat tool but use Skype for Business

SEPARATE FROM *WHAT* THE IDEA IS ABOUT, DO YOU HAVE THOUGHTS ON *HOW* IS COULD BE DESIGNED?

Agents use SMA-X internal chat

Business End User uses Skype for Business

Agent starts to chat with Business End User from the internal chat; Business End User is pinged with Skype for Business

Conversation has to be stored with the Discussions

@FabioPerego11 you may want to re-title to Skype for End User to Agent Chat or something like that (assuming I'm understanding correctly) to make it more obvious, and to differntiate from Create Request via Skype (this idea)

I don't understand why it's not possible right now...

HP-SM is able to connect to Skype.
