SMAX- Email wild card

SMAX- Email wild card

Description :

Currently our clients are managing over 800 customers and they need to have inbound email integration in SMAX.

So it is very difficult to provide 800 customer sub domains in endpoint

ex - domains are like this a.email.com , b.email.com, abc.email.com

Benefits / Value:

Currently we  need to add all  sub domains to the authorized email domain field . So currently my customer has over 800 + domains and its really hectic to add each one of them in the domain tab and also there may be chances of human error . By having wild card i can have only one entry instead of 800 + entries .

Design :

Please change the code to include wildcards so that we can include wildcards in endpoint configurations .So it will really benefically if there are sub domains .

Hi Team

For using the e-mail integration,

  • authorized domain feilds to make case In-sensitive

To add all the domains into the authorized domain field is a time-consuming job . We would like an option make authorized domain feild to case insensitive.

Hello,

There should definitely be an option to read all emails to the system regardless what the domain is. Emails can be filtered in many other more intelligent ways before the mail ever gets into the mailbox than to do it in SMAX OPB configuration.

This is a very needed function for our customers! One customer is currently unable to use email integration because of this limitation, and this will be a show stopper if not resolved quickly!
