SMAX Idea - Possibility to add attachments to mobile application (Service Portal Mobile App)

I think this is very important.

Users can't see attachments from mobile applications.  If some agent attach important information to a ticket, mobile phone users will not see it so this is critical for a lot of clients.

Most of users are using mobile phone App now... so... please think on improve this.

This is a very important feature. Since clients are able to create a request from the Service Catalog, they should be able to add attachment because some catalog offerings need a mandatory attachement. In addition, when creating a new request without an offering, the user should be able to add attachments and also screenshots or photos, all of these without the need of using "Smart Ticket" feature from Smart Analytics. Currently we have some customers who use Solr Engine, so the Smart Ticket is not available.

This feature is required, please hurry release this feature. My client mostly required attachment on open SR. So, they could not be used at all. This is also impact MF reputation.

It's important that end user could upload images or files (pdf, excel ..) from mobile, as well as to read them from the mobile App.
