SMAX OCR not working with Spanish, French or Catalán languages

Current Behaviour:

When I open a ticket with images using Spanish or Catalá Characters (accents, ñ, and special characters), the system does not recognize those characters, and it deletes the word.

For example, If I open a ticket:

this is the result after the OCR recognition:

as you can see, all the words with accents or Ñ are deleted...

 

Expected Behaviour:

Spanish must be fully supported and not delete words after the OCR scan...
The same happens with French... and I'm sure it happens with all languages including Accents.
