Today we don´t have a SMAX public REST API that can share information about suggestion solution information.
We have a customer want to use their Omni channel solutions to send information to SMAX (by social medias(etc...), voice, etc..). Then, the SMAX should be able to send back to Omni Channel the suggest solutions.
The customer request is that based in one “title” or “description” we can by API sent the suggestion solutions
Our option today to reply the suggestion solutions is Smart Email, however the customer don´t want to depend of email protocol(smtp).
