If the incident ticket is in "initial support" or "escalate" or "review" phase, it would be ideal that the task plan tab within the incident record opens the task plan of that phase in the form. currently the task plan tab always defaults to the first task plan "Classify" even if you are in Review phase. The agent has to do additional clicks to view the current task plan for that phase.
can you please fix this in future release
