Our customer are asking for the possibility to open a change using "suggestion" feature while choosing the model, like currently can be done when opening a new request in Live Support section.
I mean, based on the description (or title) entered during change creation, the system should suggest the right model, using "blue suggestion" feature currently active for Request and Incident.
I looked at Smart Analytics settings but I saw that only Request can be selected to train the engine on Smart Ticketing feature.
