SMAX support for OAuth 2

Idea ID 2797507

SMAX support for OAuth 2

OAuth 2 authentication can be used to obtain limited access to CDF Management Portal, according to the document we found at Micro Focus Docs webseite.

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/SMAX:2020.02/UseOAuthLoginPortal

It would be great if it is also possible to use OAuth 2 authentication to obtain access to SMAX Service Portal.

Indeed, OAuth 2 authentication would be a great addition to SMAX.

Absolutely needed along with the ability to pre-create users - instead of create on first login to the Portal.
