SMS Notification in SMAX

SMS Notification in SMAX

Hi Team ,

Description :Currently we can send notification from SMAX only via email .

Benefits / Value :Allow SMAX to send notification via other means apart from SMAX , like a SMS notification or a message to Viber or Whatsapp or a fax .

Many of us dont usually see the email notification reguarly once we are not in front of system , so it would be ideal to allow SMAX to have the functionality to send message via other means

Design details: Currently can send only via email

Hi There

Built in functionality would be great, however we have utilized the REST Execution function in SMAX to integrate into different Platforms for notifications. Either by using Email2SMS, or Direct API for Mailgun etc.

And for systems that don't support REST etc. we use Operations Orchestration to connect to what is needed.

There is demand for WhatsApp and Facebook for external facing customers.
