See all SD tickets of a team/department/company

Hi,

Now in the portal, an end-user can only see his tickets. (SD tickets in Service Manager)

Often, we are asked that a key user (team manager or responsible of a department or an company) can also see the tickets oh his team/department/company.

It's possible with the SMA portal ?

(it was not possible with the SRC portal)
