Service portal should allow to modify checkout panel as per require, which is a existing function under SRC tailoring whereby respecitve catalog type could have it own checkout panel selection OR no checkout panel at all (include all in user selection).
Label in service portal is important in self-service user portal, which is currently hardcoded in Service portal as "Order Name" and "Purpose of Order" which is confusing user.
For existing SRC base user, the new service portal has more constrainst than the existing version. it became a show stopper for them to moved./upgrade to Service Portal
