Sometimes, when you hit a button, Close, Cancel, a window popup appears in order to introduce the justification for that action. This field is not mandatory and there is not possibility to make it mandatory. We would like to have the possibility to setup this field as mandatory.
For example, when you cancel a request in SMA Portal (Mixed Mode) a pop up window appear to enter the reason but this field is not mandatory.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login in SMA Portal
2. Request any support item
3. Go to my request and select the request created in step 2
4. Click on Close button to cancel the request
5. Pop up appear to enter the reason but this is not a mandatory field and there is no way to make this mandatory.
