Show on record that there are related Tasks, CIs, Attachments etc.

When opening a record, I cannot see if there are Tasks assosiated to the Request, as shown in the screenshot to the left. This applies to CIs, Attachment etc. First after opening the Task plan section, this is visualized as shown in screenshot to the right.

For my point of view, this is not an enhancement request but more a DEFECT.
Indeed when we open a request we should know immediately where there's some information to check to manage the request.

It would be useful to have the same functionality for Comments, Related records, etc. too.

Thanks for all the votes and comments. We are looking into this as a future product enhancement. Check the notifications box to be emailed if the status changes.

Note that some items like related records and attachments can be added as a table in the grid. That is different from what is requested here, but mentioned in case it helps in the meantime.

A counter beside the "Discussions" box in a request would be particularly useful. I regularly get complaints about this from agents as they have to just click on there to see if there are any comments there when they are allocated a request, when there may not be anything there yet.

Hello,

do you know if this feature has been implemented in newer versions?

Is there another way to do it using workflow rules?

Thanks

This is important to improve the User Experience.

It seems more like a bug, than an enhancement...
