Signature feature in SMAX.

Signature feature in SMAX.

Our customers would like the option of adding a predefined auto signature when adding comments or suggesting solutions in SMAX. They would like an option like the signatures in emails, where they predefine a signature and add this if needed.

Our suggestion is to add a signature definition/editing area or function in the Agents profile settings. Two suggested illustrations are included below.

In figure 1 we suggest an area is added where the agent can define, and later edit their signature. In figure 2 we have suggested that the signature area is on a separate page, which can be accessed via the Profile Settings menu. Please note that these suggestions are only that – suggestions.

In the discussion of for instance a service request, we then suggest there is added a button or sorts, which when clicked will add the predefined signature. Figure 3 illustrates this suggestion.

This is a feature which is included in many other solutions also and adds a personal touch what comes to replying customers requests. Not usable in every situation but would be a good addition into SMAX.

This is particularly useful when the customer has enabled Agent Anonymity but some groups, for instance the service desk groups which to sign with their name.
