Simplify the Service Manager WSDL structure to integrate with TIBCO

0 Votes

Hello experts

We identify some problems when we tried to integrate Service Manager 9.41 with TIBCO 5.7.3.3 orchestrator by web services.

TIBCO only accepts a simplified WSDL structure, but in Service Manager the first and second level are needed for the definition of attributes or fields to use TIBCO's import tool.

By customer requirement is important the simplification of the structure of WSDL or that SM provides a simplify WSDL structure like a native alternate way to integrate with it.

The main problem is when TIBCO reads the location of WSDL and it's duplicated, please read the next line

xsi:schemaLocation="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"

After that TIBCO does not read the next part of the structure of WSDL where is placed the field definitions that are needed to map the different values to send to SM web service and create, update, and search incident records.

Could you help us? Please

This is critical to terminate the integration
