Smart Analytics Search by IM number only

Smart Search issue.

Searching the complete IM number e.g. „IM11050601“ brings a correct result. When searching the number only „11050601“ the ticket „IM11050601“ will not appear in the result list.
The Mircofocus Support was able to reproduce the behaviour.

@Steven_F could you please help clairy in which interface you found this issue? e.g. SMA-SM? or SMAX, in service portal or backend agent side?

We faced this issue in Service Manager frontend (App. version: 9.51.0015) in connection with Smart Analytics (IDOL.Server.Version=10.11.0, Smart.Analytics.Version=9.51.0009).

based on team's investgiation and IDOL team's feedback,

IDOL cannot split this into tokens which has one dedicated one for the pure number as 100001.

So, basically, it is a ER for us to enhance our index logic to truncate the prefix to produce one dedicated field for such pure number.
