Hi Team ,

After Configuring the Smart Email in HPSM , it generates SD tickets for every email which comes to Service Manager . Can we restrict and add any filter only relevant subject should convert into SD Tickets in Service Manager.

Please help us to resolve our issue or provide any workaround  for getting this issue resolved which is consider very appreciating from your end.
