In current SM chat function, notification/alert/sound of the incoming chat request is working fine when the sm page is NOT the “active session” on the browser.
Is that possible to have all incoming chat request (disregard is the sm page is the active session on the browser), to prompt the sound and alert message.
This is crucial forl Service desk agent who are always opening on the SM browser and working on ticket, when the incoming chat request doesn't prompt sound or "alert message", helpdesk would missed and end out failed to response promptly.
