Submitted by and Requested for shows as Login Name Full Name

In SMA SM Portal, when a request is submitted by a user, the "Submitted by" and "Requested for" are displaying the login name which does not always provide a good representation of who the person is. It would be preferable to display the Full Name and / or email address of the submitter and requested for.  This is how standalone Propel v2.20 and SMA_X Portal work.

I agree with this. Some customers have login name that looks like some form of code. E.g. JoSmt31. The Full Name provide a better identifier. E.g. John A. Smith.

Dont forget that a   fullName is not always unique. Here, we have 25  Michel Tremblay.

The contact name is unique in our HPSM environment
