Support native AWS databases (Amazon RDS and Amazon Aurora)

As part of the set up of Classic SM9.6x in AWS, customer is trying to optimize performance of the environment.

After doing some performance tests which goal is to find the limits to the maximum number of concurrent users, looking for an alternative to the DB, they found out that there exists Amazon Aurora, this is compatible with Postgresql and gives results up to 3 times better performance than the current DB.

PostgreSQL is a supported DB in SM 9.6x. And Amazon RDS in theory is transparent technology. This means, that from SM perspective, it shouldn’t notice that it’s dealing with Amazon Aurora instead of PostgreSQL.
However, as DB is a very sensitive part of the tool, we request official support for this DB.
