Hello all, We need to have more visibility for surveys for end user in Service Portal.
Business case given by our customer:
In order to improve service to our clients we regularly send surveys them and collect feedback for analysis.
It is therefore necessary in the Self-Service Portal for them to see the surveys that are forthcoming or have already taken, as well as the public results that the survey creator wants to provide.
The IT process is designed so that our end users (outside the IT department) only have access to the Self Service Portal and the absence of this information leads to customer dissatisfaction.
We would be grateful if the idea was included in future product releases.
