Tenant name in Service Management Portal

Hi,

In the SMA-X Service Management Portal, we can list the tenants in order to switch to one of them. We also can see the tenant ID of the tenant we are logged in, by going to the Info windows or just in the URL (in case we are not customizing it).

In environments where you have access to many tenants, such a MSP managing one or more provider tenants and several customer tenants, it would be very useful to be able to identify the name of the tenant in which you are logged in, not just the ID.

Thanks!

Hi,

I dont know it this still have some sense because of the changes in the relationships between Organizations - Accounts - Tenants, introduced in 2020.05, we have 1:1 relations instead on 1:N relations avilable in the past, this idea has no utility because we no longer are going to have more than one tenant in an account.
