Thai Language is notSupport inSMA-SM2018.08

As per support log below, there is no thai support for SMA-SM, since we use in Thailand for Thai user,  thai language support is very highly important for us to deliver and get the acceptance from thai customer.

Please consider to develop and support for thai language.

I have discuss further about your requirement and you will have to log an ER case for this.

To log a new ER :

 

1: Login with your passport account or create an account. This is an open forum and you do not need A SAID to create an account , however it may be required for some of its functions . (https://community.softwaregrp.com/t5/Community-FAQ/FAQ-Registration-and-Logging-In/td-p/117649 )

 

2 : click the NEW IDEA button

 

3: Fill the Subject , body and add a label . You can also attach a file for additional clarification and reference .

 

4: Tick the button at the bottom of the page  (email me when someone replies) To subscribe to your own ticket and receive notifications .

 

5: After this your ticket will be handled by PM ( Product Manager)

 

6: When it’s status changes to Waiting for Votes , it will have to be voted on by you and fellow community members so that it can advanced forward

Fyi. From SMA-SM 2018.08 onwards, there's functionality for open localization for unsupported languages. But only for the Service Portal at this stage. Have a look at https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Service_Management_Automation_-_SM:2018.08/Localize-SMASM-ServicePortal

For SMAX 2018.08 onwards, both Service Portal and Service Management support the open localization.

One drawback is there's no functionality to share localization created by others.

from Service Manager itself, we support open localization and you can leverage it to add Thai language
