Ticket aging dashboard

Hi Team, 

We are using SM using SM 9.40 verison in our environment. We recently created dashboards. We need to create dashboard for aging of the ticket. Please help me to create aging of the ticket. Here the ticket aging describes the ticket is only in open state for more than 30 minutes we need to get that details in the dashboard. Kindly , help us to create the dashboard for the same.
