Use check marks and cross mark in notification email subject

0 Votes

SM is sending many notifications. It should make it the receiver as simple as possible to understand if action is required or not.

So using unicode icons like check marks () and cross mark () are simple but powerful information that should be used in email header.

Example:

✔ Request RF1234 has been completed

Request RF2345 was denied

Best regards,
