View Dashboards via SMAX Service Portal

Require ability for SMAX Service Portal users to view dashboards configured within the agent, without consuming a concurrent or named license.  If user wishes to drill down and access has been given, an agent portal will be launched and concurrent/named license consumed.

End Users, Process Owners, and Leadership teams require access to real-time SMAX data for business objectives around:  Incident escalations, service level agreements/objectives, resource allocations, change management, and trending.

With current design and direction of SMAX Service Portal being the one centralized location for all employee inquiries into IT, the need for ‘Dashboards’ is even greater.  Some Competitors currently offer this feature within their Service Portal.

this would be great!

This would be beneficial for management that needs to see the overall KPIs and see trends at a glance from a service portal but doesn't need to see the supporting detail or be required access to the agent portal for any other purposes

Love to see some dashboarding facilities in the Service Portal, even if it would be configurable only through the admin interface. And drill down could be limited to users that have agent rights.

At all of my customers, this has been a requested feature.

Basically, without the ability to publish report modules to end users and business managers, the entire integrated reporting feature loses most of its benefits.

Agents typically do not care about charts. Business managers do, but they cannot see them...

It should thus be possible to publish reports in the Service Portal, with visibility controlled by entitlement rules.

This feature would have great benefit for managers and end users. Dashboards do not bring lot pf benefits to agents agents, but to the managers.
