quick view pop-up.

Hi Expert ,

Our customer wants to add few fields in the quick view pop-up. 

We came to know from the product team currently this is not visible but we would like have this feature .

Definitely would like to see this. Being able to see the user's line manager, department and home location in the popup would save a lot of time over having to open up the full user record, so having control to change this would be really useful.

I definitely think this would be a useful feature to have. Also the ability to customize what data shows in this window.

is this for every popup of user or only in certain use cases? Hard to tell where this screen shot is taken from.

@Tonya SMAX- I can't speak for the others, but certainly anywhere that the popup can appear should show any such customisations. The most common place we would be doing that would be when viewing a request.

I Echo what Benwatt is saying . We need this mainly in the Request /Tickets where one can see the Users /Contacts details , this will really save us some time

This would be a major improvement!

It should be possible to configure all these popups since customers have different needs for information. It should also include the possibility to add custom fields.

It should either be a kind of preview form or a field property for us to set up.

 

 

Frequent Visitor.

It's a valuable feature for us because we often need quick information about who we shall call when we receive tickets with item information from SACM, from our monitoring system. 

The information from the Device have information about Owner, Location.... when we put focus on it in the ticket description, but not the phone number to the vendor who is  responsible for the operations of the device....
