On HP Service Manager Web GUI the complete refresh of inbox every time an open record is closed has been an issue which is annoying our helpdesk since 2016.
So I opened several cases over the years Unfortunately we got no solution.

As this problem still remains and this "flickering" is still annoying our helpdesk users MF support made the recommendation to create this issue as an "idea" on this platform hoping that MF production team may solve this problem in an upcoming release as this is not fixed yet.

@Ralf K  if you mean the ToDo queue, you can enable or disable the auto refresh by settings for each View, or change the refresh interval to a longer value
