In the self service portal, be able for an approver to view the list of the requests he has previously approved or denied. Could be a new tab in the request list

Approver may explain or confrm he approved or denied a request

I totally agree. Our customer is asking for that kind of report. It could be another panel like My Requests.

couldn't get any report or list on who has been approved requests

It could be very beneficial to list approved requests
