CIT connector for SMAX
I am using a 9.7 CIT and I can't find any connector that I can use to connect to SMAX.
Does anyone have a working document on how to use CIT to connect to SMAX and get/push data.

Hello,
There are two connectors relevant to SMAX (similar to what was available for Service Anywhere)
https://docs.microfocus.com/Connect-It/9.70/Content/Connector_Guide/saw_connector.htm (generic use )
https://docs.microfocus.com/Connect-It/9.70/Content/Connector_Guide/HP%20Management%20as%20a%20Service%20Connector.htm (specific to user management)
Additional information about setting up CIT and the differences compared with Service Anywhere can be found in the SMAX documentation at:
Best regards,
Brindusa

I've followed all the steps specified on the below link:
I have specified the server as https://smaxpoc.asggroup.com.au:443?TENANTID=503240099.
I have added a consumed document type where I specified the value of the parameter as:
filter=Id=10916&layout=Id,DisplayLabel,Description
But I am getting the following error. I have attached my scenario if someone is interested.
2018/06/20 15:46:52.000 1 1 (0) <html>\r\n<head><title>400 Bad Request</title></head>\r\n<body bgcolor=\"white\">\r\n<center><h1>400 Bad Request</h1></center>\r\n<hr><center>nginx/1.12.1</center>\r\n</body>\r\n</html>\r\n
2018/06/20 15:46:52.000 1 1 (0) Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null')\n at [Source: java.io.StringReader@1309333; line: 1, column: 2]
It's my first time to use connct-it with SMAX. We usually use it for SM9.
Would appreciate any help and ideas.
Thanks and regards.

Hello,
The SMAX 2018.05 help center has been moved from:
https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Service_Management_Automation_-_X:2018.05/Home
To: https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/SMAX:2018.05/Home
Please note that SMAX documentation URLs have been updated to use SMAX instead of Service_Management_Automation_-_X.
