How to import change ScheduledStartTime and ScheduledEndTime ?

Jump to solution

hi guys

I am trying to import ScheduledStartTime and ScheduledEnd , both via Postman and the Import utility in Studio.
Both times i get the error "The scheduled start time must be later than the current time."

Now, the values I try are

ScheduledStartTime          ScheduledEndTime

1580601600                        1599004800

Both dates are for 2020 - far ahead in the future.

The rule validation in SMAX looks like this ${entity.ScheduledStartTime > now()}.

I have no idea why it is being triggered.
Any suggestions, or shell i just submit a ticket ?

Thanks

Hi There

SMAX uses Unix time in milliseconds

Take you time and * by 1000

Should be

1599004800000 and not
1599004800

wow, great.  I just wonder why google is misleading me once again ...
most resouces say to use a formula like =(A1-DATE(1970,1,1))*86400 or =INT((A1-C1)*86400)

Anyway, adding 000 and considering the timezone offset, seals the deal.

Thanks
