Page Preference settings to have MT Console as my home screen is not taking effect

Good day everyone.

I am using the 2018.02 version of the SMA-X which was installed from the AWS Marketplace for trial of the software.

We created multiple tenants with 1 provider and 3 managed.

When I logged to the provider, I changed my profile preference settings so that my homepage will show the MT Console.  I refreshed the page, as stated, and nothing happened.

I log out and log back in but home page still shows the My Dashboard > Dashboard.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?  Would appreciate any help on this.

What URL are you using to connect?

Make sure you use

https://<URL>/saw?TENANTID=<TENANTID>

For anyone who needs it, I got this URL from MicroFocus and itis working.  Make sure that the tenant ID that you provide is the provider tenant.

https://<URL>/saw/msp-console/dashboard?TENANTID=<TENANT ID>

Hello,

This URL may give you direct access to the console, but that has nothing to do with setting up the preference page.

If you use the direct URL of any page it will take you to the relevant page, not just the MSP console.

The information I provided will work in general for any page you set as your Home page.
