Restrict editing of all fields in "onlyResolution" form

Hi All,

I applied the "Restrict Editing of all fields" rule in the Close metaphase to ensure that no fields are modified once a ticket is closed. I noticed that while all fields in the withoutResolution form are correctly locked, any new section in the onlyResolutionform can still be modified.

I wouldn't like to manually restrict editing to each and every custom field in the form , therefore I am lookin for a solution to it.

Please make sure there is no other rule at process or record level which would allow a field to be editable.
