Service Portal needs to support user options displayed as multiple columns layout

we got an use case , which is to support multiple servers with different spec with 1 Service offering,the customer want to add the server with 1 row  record with multiple columns dynamiclly ,which explain CPU/Memory/Disk/OS etc, to support this, we need enhance user options to suppot

1.   multiple columns layout display, not only 1 column and portal users have to scrool down to display the information

2.   these specs can be added dynamicly as needed, based on these servers information, the offering calculate total price for futher approval

To address this, we once provided the workaround that create an external page (checkout demo ) ,which support this kind of UI interactions and call restful API to create/update request, but encounter  limitations on

  1. Difficult to convey request paras like Portal User ID and Ticket ID between Service portal and  the external page, we are using RichText to display the HyperLink, while it cannot be clicked
  2. Inconsistent experience like how to ensure the user won’t submit the request via Service Portal

This is used to be done by another tool , and the customer is planning to retire the tool, we can checkout the scenario via below url
