Time Period not shown in Change Calendar

Dear Experts,

I've created a Time Period record with type Maintenance and moved it to Active phase. However it's not shown in the Change Calendar. The same record is working fine in all other systems (dev, sandbox etc.), only not in the production. We don't have any change record on the production, is that the reason why the time period is not displayed?

Yes, it does look like you need to have a change record. You can confirm by creating one.
