how to hide user option which has no value in View mode

Jump to solution

In SMAX, after user submit a ticket (catalog offering) , there are non-mandatory fields which user do not fill in.

is it possible to hide those user option field which has no value (null) when user or approval "view" the ticket in service portal? User option value is store in "offering", hence,  it does not seem to work when using 'hide field' rule set in  rendering.

Example,  do not display those highlight in orange.

Hello,

Assuming you would like to hide the user option only on the tracking form, here is one example for how to write the condition. The User Option will be visible at request creation time (as we have a check on entity.Id).

Once the request created, the User Option will be visible in the tracking form only when there is a value.

You can update the user option from the Agent side.

I called the UserOption "Hide_c" (display name = "To Hide"

If
${entity.Id != null && current_flow.IsPortalFlow == true && entity.UserOptions.Hide_c == null}
Hide
To Hide

Best regards,

Brindusa
