daily, weekly and monthly Reports

Hi,

I have a new question.

On Gwava 6 we created daily, weekly and monthly reports, so we can see how many mails where be send and how many where recieved. That´s a good toll, but in SMG I can´t find where I can create these reports, and on the documentation there is no point for it too.

I don´t mean the qms reports for the users, thats work fine every day at 12:00pm. I mean these detailed summary of messages processed by all policies, most active senders and most active recipients for all policies between a day or a week or a month.

Quite honestly, I hadn't noticed they were no longer available because
I've been trying to cut down on the influx of automated emails I have
been receiving. But I just looked through SMG and cannot find these
either. Unless you and I both missed them, I assume they are no
longer in there. I don't know if they are planning to add them back
in or not. Let me do some asking around and see if I can find out
anything.

Hello everybody,

I work in support of Micro Focus and support the GWAVA products. This problem is an existing ehnacement request and is currently under development.
Unfortunately there are no statistics in Secure Messaging Gateway yet, which unfortunately does not make the report of e.g. the most active senders possible. I would ask you to send a service request to the GWAVA customer center (https://gwava.microfocus.com/customercenter/) to connect the service request with the enhancement request and to inform you if there are any updates.

OK, thanks for the information, now I created an idea at https://ideas.microfocus.com/MFI/mf-smg/Idea/Detail/13894 an send these conversation to may manager because I can´t open an SR at the costumer center. I have an account and in the Users tab support and download are activated, but I only can download, an the support tab there will show "Access denied!You are not entitled to get support. No support access.You have not been setup to get support."
