At the moment it's impossible to erase a service resquest withing the SRC. The only thing we can do is mask it for the no admin user. Because of that, we are not able to suppress the categorie 😞

Usually it is not a good idea to really delete items (for traceability). You can archive items instead.

When a category is no more usefull, it should be able to remove it from the SRC web page, no matter to delete it completly.
