Hello,

i would like to know if someone has developed at some point elements to link items between two process apps BOTH WAYS.

I am aware that the "add item link" in notes/attachment can offer some features, but I would need to develop a way to make INC to interact with CHANGES, and SR with CHANGES. The "linked Incidents/SR/Problems" field can also offer features but it works ONE WAY.

I would like to avoid an orchestration or multiples orchestrations to implement these features...
