Notifications Being Sent to Unsubscribed Users

I have recently been tasks with improving the Notifications within our Serena Workcenter program and have encountered a problem that I can't seem to fix. I have a user who is receiving notifications for which she is not subscribed to. She is not the Primary or the secondary owner of the process.

As an administrator, I have unsubscribed her from all of the notifications. She has also gone in and tried to unsubscribe from the notifications through her settings and they are not registering as subscribed. However, she continues to receive the notifications.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can stop this from happening? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already, I would suggest going to the Notification in SBM Administrator and check that neither the "Notify" or "Subscribe" checkboxes are selected for the user. If they aren't, then I would suggest checking whether they are a member of a group that has been setup to get Notifications.

Hope that helps.
